May is Managed Care Open Enrollment
This month, Ohio employers can choose who will medically manage their workplace injury claims for the next two years. There are no direct costs for a Managed Care Organization—all fees are included in your BWC premium. To enroll with CareWorks, complete the enrollment form online and then print and fax the form to CareWorks at (888) 358.5319. All forms must be received by CareWorks by 5 p.m. May 25.
