Attract and Retain Talent

The Columbus Chamber, in partnership with Mayor Coleman, Columbus City Council, Franklin County, Chase Bank, Experience Columbus and the Greater Columbus Arts Council, as well as the Ohio Department of Development, has a strategy to increase the quantity and quality of our workforce in an effort to fill job vacancies as baby boomers retire. This initiative will enable our local community to compete in the global economy by keeping and growing local businesses, attracting new jobs and employers to our region, and enhancing the value of our region by creating positive awareness of the Greater Columbus area.

You are invited to get involved.
