Exhibitor Details
- Exhibit Table Fees: $200 per table, maximum of three (3) tables
- Amenities: Electric - $65; Internet Access - $100 per computer. Multiple computers may be installed at your table.
- Tables: 8’ long and include full linen table cover.
- Food and Beverage: You may serve SAMPLE SIZE food or beverage from your exhibit table. 3 oz. beverage serving, 2 oz. food serving. All samples must be stored within your exhibit area.
- Exhibit space is limited.

Exhibitor Green Showcase
As a Business2Business exhibitor, you may elect to be showcased as a green product or service provider. What does this mean? If you elect to be recognized as a green exhibitor, we will provide your exhibit table with green linen and balloon decor. Your company also will be highlighted on the event program as being green. Green exhibitors will be scattered randomly throughout the EXPO.
What does it mean to be green? The broad definition for the business world is the conservation of natural resources as well as social and economic benefits were made priorities in the development and/or delivery of its product or service to customers. Benefits are:
- Social for People that are driven by Corporate Responsibility
- Environmental for the Planet and Conserves Natural Resources
- Economical that save or make money in the short or long term
To qualify for as a green exhibitor at the Business2Business Network Expo, at least a portion of your products and services must have been certified as green.
