NBC reported that all commercial times for the 2012 Super Bowl sold out with an average cost per 30-second spot rising to $3.5 Million! At that cost, it has to be good to make its mark on the audience - so will the commercials be spectacular? Or, spectacularly awful? Hosted by FOX28's Johnny DiLoretto, this year's super-savvy panelists throw the flag to the best of the best, and call out the personal penalties.
