Based on a play originally staged in Columbus, Come Back stars Sandy Dennis, Cher, and Karen Black as members of a James Dean fan club who have assembled for a 20-year reunion of the production of Giant in 1955. The film marked Robert Altman's break with Hollywood and turn towards more independent filmmaking. (109 mins., 35mm)
